Exchanges and Recruitment

The day centered on two highlights:

• A forum where professionals had the opportunity to present their work and the many careers in the construction industry to 95 second-year students.
• Speed-recruiting sessions that provide companies and students with targeted opportunities to identify the talent of tomorrow: interns, work-study students, or future employees.

Information and user-friendliness

A buffet shared with faculty and alumni, followed by a presentation on the BUT3 program and work-study programs, provided an opportunity to continue the discussions in a studious yet relaxed atmosphere.
The participating companies praised the quality of the discussions and the students’ engagement, while the students appreciated the opportunity to gain a practical understanding of the careers and opportunities in their field.
