A separate application process is available for students enrolled in an IUT for the 2025–2026 academic year (transfer between IUTs).

Target audience: 

• In the second year of the bachelor's degree program: have earned (or be in the process of earning) 60 credits in the intended major.
• In the third year of the Bachelor’s degree program: have earned (or be in the process of earning) 120 credits in the intended major (or have completed two years of post-secondary education). Depending on the continuity of your academic path and the details of your application, you may be offered admission to the second year of the Bachelor’s degree program (BUT2).

- GCCD: iut1.gccd.admission@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr
- GEII:iut1.geii.admission@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr
- MMI:iut1.mmi.admission@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr
- MT2E:iut1.mt2e.admission@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr

Please send your application to the email address of the desired department, attaching the following required documents:

• A valid ID card (front and back), passport, or residence permit
• Transcript of grades from the baccalaureate or an equivalent qualification (DAEU, etc.)
• Grades since earning a high school diploma or equivalent
• Cover letter: Please describe your plans (specifying the year and your desired program) and include your resume
• Transfer Notification Form for Candidates from a University Institute of Technology (IUT)
• Work-Study Hiring Letter (optional)
