The BUT the Professional Bachelor's Degree: A Pathway to Employment
BUT
Open to high school graduates (with either a vocational or general diploma), the BUT a new Level III national degree that certifies a certain level of proficiency in a specific field.
At IUT 1 in Grenoble, students can choose from 8 specialties, four of which are open to vocational high school graduates.
The training lasts 3 years.
Upon completing a BUT, students can either enter the workforce directly or continue their studies.
Bachelor's Degree (Professional Track)
Open to students who have completed a DUT, a BTS, or the second year of a bachelor’s degree program, the professional bachelor’s degree is a one-year specialization program that enables students from general university programs to acquire specialized professional skills.
At IUT 1 in Grenoble, students can choose from 2 bachelor's degree programs.
The training lasts 1 year.
