RESULTS - TRANSCRIPTS

Transcripts are available on the LÉO student intranet.
The university has created a digital vault for you on DIGIPOSTE.
This vault allows us to store official documents: transcripts and degree certificates.
We will upload your transcripts and certificates of completion there; these will be digital originals with the same legal validity as paper originals.
Remember to activate your DIGIPOSTE digital vault
If you notice an error on your transcript, you must submit a complaint by mail to the Registrar's Office – Student Services only within two months of receipt.

CANCELLATION OF DIPLOMAS

The 2024–2025 DUT, BUT, and Professional Bachelor’s degrees are available, as are degrees from previous academic years.
 

Degrees can be picked up in person or by proxy at the Saint Martin d'Hères campus

PLEASE NOTE: No in-person or proxy voting will be available on the following dates:

- Monday, October 27, 2025, to Friday, October 31, 2025
- Monday, November 10, 2025, to Tuesday, November 11, 2025
- Monday, December 22, 2025, to Friday, January 2, 2026
- Monday, February 16, 2026, to Friday, February 20, 2026
- Monday, April 6, 2026, to Friday, April 10, 2026
- Thursday, May 14, 2026, to Friday, May 15, 2026
- Monday, May 25, 2026
- Monday, July 6, 2026, through Monday, August 31, 2026

- In person:

You can present yourself with a form of identification:
- Monday through Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Thursdays only in the afternoon: 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM

- By proxy:

The "authorized representative" must present the original copy of their identification document, and in print : a photocopy of the graduate's ID and the downloadable form "Power of Attorney for the Collection of Diplomas"signed by both parties:
- Monday through Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Thursdays only in the afternoon: 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM

Download the diploma request form, and return it to the following address:

along with the following documents:

FRANCE

- 1 photocopy of your official ID,
- 1 envelope of hardcover A4-sized, made out to your names and address
- Postage required: €7.48 for registered mail with return receipt
- 1 registered mail form with return receipt (available at post offices), Do not tape the form to the envelope; instead, slip it inside.

Please return everything to us in an envelope larger than A4 size

Please note: We will automatically reject any diploma submission if the materials provided do not meet our requirements

ABROAD

- 1 photocopy of your official ID

Note:

Your diploma will be sent to you via the French embassy or consulate (through the diplomatic pouch), which will contact you to arrange for its pickup.
The procedure is different for Mexico.

DUETI

The certificate of completion has been uploaded to your Digiposte account.
For diplomas (2016–2017, 2017–2018, 2018–2019, 2019–2020, 2020–2021, 2021–2022, 2022–2023), please follow the procedure outlined above to request a copy.
