How do I proceed?
To process your request and provide you with the best possible service, we need several pieces of information, all of which are included in a single form available for download on this page, at the library front desk, or via email.
Please submit your request at the library or send it by email. It will then be reviewed. You will receive a response immediately upon submitting your request or in reply to your email.
The information we need is as follows:
Teacher submitting the request: Teacher's name - Subject - Learning objective - Theme (keywords)
Students affected: Department - Level of study
Event Details: Class Date(s) - Arrival Time(s) - Duration - Number of Participants
Required resources: Books, journals, DVDs, and computer stations (specify the number)
