This is your first registration

Here are the steps to follow for your first registration.

Step 1 – CVEC Payment

You must pay the Student Life and Campus Fee (CVEC) by logging in to the website CVEC.Student.gov.fr

Step 2 – Online Registration

You must log in (using your Parcoursup ID, your date of birth, and proof of payment of the CVEC fee) to the registration server in order to submit your application (Step-by-Step Guide to First-Time Registration).
 
Proposal accepted:
between June 2, 2026, and July 10, 2026
Registration required:
between July 7, 2026, and July 17, 2026
Accepted proposal:
between July 11, 2026, and August 23, 2026
Registration required:
between August 20, 2026, and August 24, 2026
*WARNING : The service will be unavailable from 5:00 p.m. on July 17, 2026, through the morning of August 20, 2026.

Step 3 – Submitting supporting documents online

Within 48 to 72 hours After you register, you will receive your UGA login credentials via email in the following format: noreply@uga to the address you provided when you registered (We recommend checking your spam folder.)
Using your login credentials, you must upload the supporting documents that will be requested at the end of your registration.

ACCESS THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS SERVER

Step 4 - Enrollment Certificate

Using your UGA login credentials, you can access your enrollment certificate and payment receipt on the student intranet.LEO", via the "My Web Folder" section.

Step 5 - Student ID Card

FOR NEW STUDENTS ONLY (first-time enrollment at UGA)
 
For programs located on the university campus:
- Civil Engineering - Sustainable Construction + ENEPS
- Electrical Engineering and Industrial Computer Science + ENEPS
- Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering + ENEPS
- Networks and Telecommunications + ENEPS

Once your supporting documents have been validated by the administrative services, you will receive a QR code on the free Campus UGA app (which you must download beforehand). With this QR code, you can print your student ID card at a self-service kiosk located atthe UFR STAPS.
 
 
For programs located in downtown Grenoble:
- Chemistry
- Energy Transition and Efficiency
- Physical Measurements
- Multimedia and Internet

Your student ID card will be issued to you on the first day of classes.
