From microprocessors to power management, Electrical and Industrial Computer Engineering is part of your everyday life: transportation (high-speed trains, trams, electric cars, etc.), telecommunications (cell phones, the internet, etc.), and leisure (vending machines, DVD players, etc.) It is also an essential discipline in the industrial sector (robotics, field networks, etc.)

Holders of a BUT can become technicians:

• in research and design
• in quality control and testing
• automated installation control
• installation and maintenance

He or she may also pursue a career as an electrical engineering project manager.
