Any incomplete application will not be processed.

You must complete the TRANSFER REQUEST FORM FOR THE 2025–2026 SCHOOL YEAR, sign it, and return it only by email, following approval, signature, and stamp from the host university, at the Student Affairs Office of IUT1 in Grenoble, at the following address: iut1.scolarite@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr

Don't forget to include the library clearance form you requested from the library in your scanned application materials. :

You are arriving at IUT1 in Grenoble (transfer / arrival)

The transfer process is mandatory for any student wishing to change universities.

How to proceed?

Once you have completed your administrative registration at IUT1 Grenoble, you must fill out the 2025-2026 "ARRIVAL" TRANSFER FORM online, then submit it to the Registrar’s Office for review and signature: iut1.scolarite@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr

Once the document has been signed by IUT1, please forward the form to your home university.
They must return it to you signed and stamped.

You will then need to submit it with your supporting documents or send it directly to the IUT1 Registrar’s Office: iut1.scolarite@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr

This step will trigger the transfer of your student file from your former university to IUT1.
