The IUT1 (University Institute of Technology) in Grenoble is a major center for technological education withinUniversité Grenoble Alpes UGA). Since its founding more than 50 years ago, the IUT1 has continued to grow and innovate to ensure the quality of the programs it offers.

To train tomorrow’s professionals under the best possible conditions, IUT1 Grenoble offers a wide range of programs preparing students for careers in industry and communications.
The programs offered open the door for students to numerous fields of activity, including: industrial production, the environment, transportation, construction, healthcare, communications, energy, electronics, computer science, and networking..

Coherent, diverse, and constantly in touch with the professional world, IUT1’s educational programs adapt to scientific and technological advancements to better meet the needs of businesses.

Degrees

  • the BUT 8 specializations, offered through undergraduate programs, continuing education (Professional Training Contracts, Individual Training Leave, training plans, etc.), and apprenticeships. Some specializations offer an international semester, with all courses taught in English.
