Here are the steps to follow to re-register

  • for students admitted to BUT2 and BUT3 (excluding professional degree programs and apprenticeship programs)
  • for students who are allowed to repeat a grade
  • For students on professional training contracts and apprenticeship contracts, you will receive an email from the Registrar’s Office explaining the procedure to follow

Step 1 – CVEC Payment

You must pay the Student Life and Campus Fee (CVEC) by logging in to the website CVEC.Student.gov.fr

Step 2 – Online Registration

You must log in to the re-registration server to submit your registration form (Guide to Online Re-enrollment).

IMPORTANT: If you decide to withdraw from the work-study program, please notify the Registrar’s Office via email only. iut1.scolarite@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr so that you can register online by following steps 1 through 4 of the re-enrollment process for initial training.

Step 3 – Submitting supporting documents online

You must submit the supporting documents that will be requested at the end of the registration process.

Step 4 – Certificate of Enrollment

You can download your enrollment certificate from the "My Web File" section on the intranet.LEO"using your digital credentials."

 

Work-study students

Step 1 – For apprenticeship contracts only: CVEC payment

You must pay the Student Life and Campus Contribution (CVEC) before re-enrolling by logging in to the website CVEC.Etudiant.gouv.fr

Step 2 – Online Re-registration

You must complete your administrative re-registration for the 2025–2026 academic year online at: ACCESS THE RE-REGISTRATION SERVER

Submitting supporting documents online, proof of enrollment, and student ID card: see steps 3 and 4 above.
